“Conecta con Europa” (Connect with Europe)
Onte, día 10 de outubro celebramos na nosa escola EFA A Cancela, o “Erasmus Days”.
Trátase dunha campaña que pon en valor os beneficios da mobilidade europea, mediante a difusión dos proxectos do programa Erasmus+, implicando á comunidade educativa e á cidadanía en xeral.
Para esta xornada contamos cunha visita de 3 alumnos de Formación Profesional alemáns que están a participar do seu período Erasmus+ e que participaron na aula/taller cos nosos alumnos do CFGM de Panadería, Repostería e Confitería.
A idea é que xurda unha sinerxia de aprendizaxe compartida, ademais dunha gran oportunidade de ampliar a diversidade de habilidades tanto de produción, como de venda do produto de Panadería e Pastelería.
Pero o obxectivo fundamental de toda esta actividade é coñecer por parte dos nosos alumnos mediante esta a convivencia, a globalidade que abarca participar nun proxecto Erasmus+ onde priman valores como: a sustentabilidade, o coidado do medio ambiente no ámbito laboral e persoal e a inclusión como ferramenta de benestar persoal, físico e emocional para garantir unha educación sa e solidaria.
Finalmente nesta xornada o profesorado que participa dos programas Erasmus+ da escola informaron das mobilidades internacionais coas que conta a escola e que sen dúbida son un plus para mellorar as competencias profesionais.

“Connect with Europe”
Yesterday, Tuesday 10th October, we celebrated in EFA A Cancela school, the “Erasmus Days”.
This is a project that highlights the benefits of European mobility, through the dissemination of two projects of the Erasmus+ program, involving the educational community and citizens in general.
For this day we had the visit of 3 German Vocational Training students who are going to participate in their Erasmus period and who participated in the classroom/workshop with our students of the VT in Baking and Pastry.
The idea is create a synergy of shared learning. It is also a great opportunity to expand the diversity of skills in both production and sales of Bakery and Pastry products.
But the fundamental objective of all this activity is to educate both of our students through this coexistence, a globality that includes participating in an Erasmus project where we work values such as: Sustainability, environmental protection in the work and personal sphere, inclusion as tool for personal, physical and emotional well-being to guarantee a safe and supportive education.
Finally, our teachers who participate in Erasmus+ programs at the school will inform about the international mobility that the school has and that are undoubtedly a plus to enhance professional skills.
